EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

However, under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

As all of our press-on nail sets are handmade to order and/or customized according to your selected size, shape, length, or design preferences, they are considered personalized products and are therefore exempt from the EU right of withdrawal.

As a result, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nericompanymedia@gmail.com and include photographs of the issue. We will review each case individually and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
